Devotionals www.crosswalk.com A Daily Word - July 11, 2011 11 Jul 2011, 5:00 am   July 11 "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.”  Matthew 5:9 As Jesus spoke, Galilee stretched out from the hillside like a pit full of Rottweilers, all snarling at one another. Nobody liked, trusted, or got along with anyone else. Anyone suggesting peacemakers would be blessed sounded like they were from another planetâ€"or kingdom. And Jesus was. He brought the values of the Kingdom of Heaven into the fallen kingdoms of the world.
